Émanuelle Piette Photographe's Photos

As you might have noticed, we have had a photographer in attendance at our Sunday shows. Click here to check out her beautiful work on her myspace page. See her at our next Sunday show to order or to have a portrait of you and you horse taken.

Chicken Dinner

After a long day showing who wants to go home and cook? After our Saturday show, Beryl will be providing a chicken breast, baked potato, corn on the cob, drink and
dessert for $11.00 Children's price $7.00 Please reserve when you do your entries.

On that note, a special thank-you to Beryl and her crew for providing delicious food, always served with a smile; and for accommodating all manner of strange dietary requests!

Entry Forms

Early registration entry forms for the July shows are now posted. Click here. Make sure to get your entries in before Monday, August 16th! (We are asking for entries a little earlier to take some of the pressure off our show secretary, who has to organize two shows at the same time.)

Manure Removal

There will be a new option on our next entry form: Stall/ Grounds Cleaning- $5! This is a charge per horse on the grounds- in a stall or at a trailer. This means that at the end of the day on Sunday, you do not have to empty the stall of all the leftover shavings, or scrape the ground around your trailer. The club will be hiring someone to tidy-up after all of us. Please remember to bring you pitchfork/ wheel-barrow anyway- your horse will still be your responsibility the rest of the time on the grounds. The refund option has been removed for the next show.

Stall Reservations

To reserve stalls for our August 21 & 22 shows, please call Sandra Myatt at 450 264-3085. CHVC requests that you not come the fairgrounds before 4:00 pm the Friday before the show.

There will be a SCHOOLING CLASS over the course for the jumping classes at the Saturday show. This class will begin at 7:00 am. One rider in the ring at a time to do the warm-up. This is an unjudged round- over a predetermined course. The same protocols as a regular O/F class will be observed- ie: being off course, or 3 refusals will result in the rider being excused from the ring.
