Once
you have saved this file
to your computer and complete filling in the form, then you can
then attach it to an email & return it to the show secretary.
Below are the
instructions, giving specific details on how to complete your
form(s)
and submit them to CVHC.
Please read them carefully to avoid any confusion on the morning
of the show.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORMS:
Instructions for Excel Entry Form
Submission:

Click on the above
link. The file will open automatically using the computer
program Microsoft Excel.

Save this file to
your computer.
You can duplicate it as many times as you want. When you
save the file include your name, the date of the show and
the division in your new file name!

To make your
entries, all you need to do is type in the name of the horse
& rider along with your CVHC number.
This year all riders must use
CVHC numbers. If you do
not have one, they can be purchased at a cost of $5.00 each.
The numbers will be given
out by the club. This is a
one time purchase.

Next, you will need
to enter the fee for the class being entered. Please note
that the cost of the classes changes depending on when you
send in your entries early or register the day of the show.
You may add your membership fee, and cost of the number to
your entries. The program will automatically total the costs
for the day for you.

Once
you have saved this
file to your computer and complete filling in the form, then
you can then attach it to an email & return it to the show
secretary.
General Instructions:

table.
